End of Month Sales,

Do end of months sales drive you crazy the way they do me.  I mean how are you going to say you are giving somebody a better deal at the end of the month then the guy/girl who bough a week ago.  It just doesn't seem to me it makes since.  So, if I'm a consumer I sure am not going to buy from a dealership that says this at the end of every month.  I am going to wait and go at the end of the month.

But, at the end of the month every consumer is thinking the same thing  so the dealership is overwhelmed.  They just don't have the people to handle the flood, because they are equiped for the traffic at the first of the month.

Why can't we give the consumer the same deal every time.  Just plan the month as if your are going to hit your quota at the end of the month.  This way every consumer gets the same deal every time.

This is how Red River Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep trys to do it!!! And it has worked well.
